Tour Highlights
The Diquís delta is a broad plain, product of the sedimentation of the Sierpe and Térraba rivers. It has a very wide coast with large extensions of mangrove and surrounded by the Coastal Range and the Osa Highland. Because of this, the area was a thriving port for the indigenous and where the stone spheres can be found.
We will explore the different sites where the stone spheres are present and visit the local museum.
